Job Description / Information

Strategically create and implement comprehensive contracts, pricing initiatives, selling programs and processes to assist Stryker Spine and client organizations drive successful business relationships.

  • Proactive pricing and contract management across assigned geography with increased focus on the largest accounts, opportunities, IDN's, and GPO's.

  • Pricing management

  • Oversee compliance and impact of pricing agreements

  • Verification of new contracts on a quarterly basis

  • Identify outliers

  • Develop strategy to change

  • Increase volume/share

  • Decrease discount

  • Contract management for all deals

  • Training & Education to field

  • Lead creation of sales tool and resources:

  • Full line detail on Value Added programs

  • Utilize Sales Training vehicle to field

  • National training module

  • Support and maintain internal resources and website

  • Research and analyze competitive environment to develop talk points, training/education tools, proactive strategies:

  • Programs

  • Pricing

  • National

  • Regional

  • Research hospital based challenges

  • Sales representative basic correspondence

  • Assistance in development/maintenance/implementation of comprehensive Tiered Pricing Program (Nationally and Regionally)

  • GPO responsibilities

  • RFI

  • RFP

  • Growth and exposure analysis

  • Relationship build

  • Leverage Stryker Corporate National Accounts Group

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 year degree

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with healthcare systems, IDN's, GPO’s, Contracting, Pricing Management or like experiences with documented success.
