Job Description:

  • Support Homeland Security Investigations agents and analysts with case support

  • Provide desk-side training to agents and analysts

  • Train agents and analysts in a class-room setting

  • Staff the help desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues

  • Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product

Required SkillsRequired Experience

Education/Experience:

  • Two years of prior experience providing training and employee support services for the Palantir Gotham software platform, at least one year of which shall have been in the context of a federal law enforcement organization

  • Experience with local or federal law enforcement

  • Experience using Palantir

Clearance:

  • Active Secret Clearance required
