Business Case Development for GEO-F and ORBIT.
Developing and maintaining system documentation and training materials
Developing methodologies for migrating data including validation of information migrated to GEO-F and or ORBIT.
Participating in joint meetings related to operations and maintenance of NGA’s Core Financial Systems.
Develop IV&V testing processes to validate financial results prior to implementing system enhancements with NGA’s Core Financial Systems.
Coordinating and participating in system engineering and technical exchange meetings to support quick resolution of architectural, design, system interoperability and policy issues.
After operational needs for enhancements or system changes are assessed, define and develop technical requirements and specifications for development and test.

Coordinating with security organizations facilitating security certification and accreditation documentation and activities such as security reviews and package submittals.
Implementation of financial systems in the federal environment from both a systems and functional perspective.
Developing reference architectures, implementation plans, CONOPs, exercise plans, data strategies, and process flows.
Demonstrated specialized experience in system engineering, business, finance, or economics.
Demonstrated specialized experience conducting analyses that involve complex technical parameter, acquisition and logistics requirements, schedule constraints, procurement and business principles and similar cost-influencing factors.
Demonstrated specialized experience developing life cycle cost estimates utilizing various methodologies (i.e. parametric, analogous, engineering judgment, etc.).
Demonstrated specialized experience in business case development.
Demonstrated specialized experience in schedule, cost risk and benefits analysis.
Demonstrated specialized experience with ITIL and Agile Methodologies.
Demonstrated knowledge of current system and data architecture, and data engineering
Demonstrated specialized experience in development and presentation of training material, technical briefings, and management status reports.
Demonstrated specialized experience with Momentum financials.
Demonstrated specialized experience with IBM TM-1 and COGNOS.
- Bachelor's Degree with significant quantitative analytic such as Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research, or equivalent work experience.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance is required (also willing to undergo a CI POLY)
