H2M Group is hiring Intelligence Analysts for Springfield and Quantico, VA!

The Contractor shall provide intelligence analysis services in order to provide situational awareness and knowledge management. SMEs shall support the development of new processes, procedures, and technologies. These services include,

but are not limited to:

  • Support the management of information, presentation of information, and production of graphics as well as the monitoring of multiple intelligence systems (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret networks to include those of our Mission and Allied Partners). Engage the intelligence community for emerging events and issues

  • Support transformational efforts to meet demands of future intelligence capabilities and technologies. The primary result of these services will be the timely and relevant display of Time-Dominant informational and situational awareness data for the Time-Dominant Operations and intelligence community

  • Utilize imagery and geospatial analysis tools, DoD and IC collaboration tools, particularly analytical socialization tools like Jabber, and geospatial visualization and presentation tools to include but not limited to ARCGIS, Google Earth, and Wikipedia upload and maintenance.

  • Regular collaboration with imagery and geospatial analysts and other intelligence officers and engineers. Intelligence Analysts are expected to staff shifts in a 24x7 work environment

ALL POSITIONS REQUIRE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI.

Journeyman:

These services require contractor personnel who are competent in their trade with typical experience being in the 3-10 year range. This level is considered the full-performance level. A bachelor degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to four years of this experience. The government may request proof of this education and justification of how it meets the requirements of these services.

A journeyman should be expected to work with minimal oversight. A journeyman should be fully capable of meeting most services without direction. Government and/or contractor personnel may still perform quality control and quality assurance checks on their work but should not find significant errors. Journeyman level contractor employees are expected to assist apprentice level personnel in learning their trade. Journeyman level contractor employees also are expected to collaborate with government and contractor personnel and the IC in the performance of services. Such collaboration should provide accurate technical information that contributes to synergized analysis that is better than the sum of the individual parts. Journeyman level contractor personnel should regularly provide division level support and may periodically be called upon to provide support at the office level. \

Requirements:

  • 3-10 Years of related experience

  • A bachelor's degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to four years of this experience

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to perform administrative tasks, data searches, data input and retrieval.

  • Ability to develop of target folders.

  • Ability to sort and maintain hardcopy film.

  • Ability to provide graphics support.

  • General knowledge of the Intelligence Community.

Senior:

These services require contractor personnel who are advanced in their knowledge and skills in their fields and have demonstrated this knowledge and skill in previous work. Typical experience at this level would include 11-20 years of experience. A bachelor degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to four years of this experience. A master degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to two additional years of this experience. The government may request proof of this education and justification of how it meets the requirements of these services.

A senior should be expected to work with no oversight. A senior should be fully capable of meeting all services required without direction. Seniors will be capable of providing direction to lower level contractor employees (apprentice and journeyman) and of performing quality control and quality assurance checks on other employees' work. Seniors may provide oversight of fellow contractor employees from their own company. Seniors are expected to provide advice to government leadership on processes, procedures, technology, and items of interest. Seniors are also expected to lead collaboration across IC analysts in the performance of services. Such collaboration efforts should lead to better-synergized analysis than the sum of the individual parts. Seniors should provide senior-level support to office level leadership.
