Kforce has a client seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in New York, New York (NY).Essential Functions:

  • Handle inbound calls from various locations for stock search, customer satisfaction and purchase

  • Work within standard protocols to assure customer satisfaction

  • Work with our computer system with multiple applications to track orders, input purchases, etc.

  • High School diploma or GED/equivalent required

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English

  • Proficient in computer applications

  • Positive attitude with great customer service skills
