Job Descriptions:

Headquartered in Boyle Heights, Matteo is looking for an Executive Assistant to aide our CEO. Ideal candidates possess an interest in design, manufacturing and sewn textiles along with strong communication skills. We are looking for someone with tons of common sense who is excellent at research and follow-up.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, appointments and maintain calendar.

  • Assist CEO with administrative, organizaton and scheduling tasks.

  • Assist with project support - ensure completion of tasks as assigned to vendors, co-workers, etc.

  • Facilitate communication between company teams

  • Research various projects related to design, marketing and production.

  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Required Experience:

  • 2 -3 years experience in a similar position

  • Motivated self-starter who can work independently.

  • Adaptable to any kind of situation & able to think outside the box to find creative solutions.

  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent research skills.

  • Good computer skills (preferred) including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
