University of Indianapolis Assistant Professor/Field Coordinator of Social Work (Tenure-Track) in Indianapolis, Indiana

The Phylis Lan Lin Social Work Department at the University of Indianapolis is seeking a tenure-track social work faculty member beginning in August 2018, for 9 month appointment at the assistant professor level in our CSWE accredited BSW program.

Social work programs are located in the UIndy Health Pavilion, an innovative interprofessional collaborative space that houses our high-quality programs in nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, gerontology, kinesiology, and psychology as well as social work. We seek forward-thinking educators with practice and/or research experience in interprofessional or interdisciplinary settings.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in networking with private and/or non profit agencies, experience in supervision and training, knowledge of current social work practice, who have experience teaching in social work and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
