Description/Job Summary

To create and maintain ATG-based digital content and commerce sites that are high performing, scalable and integrated with the most up-to-date technology tools to support company environment/platform

Responsibilities/Duties

•Acting lead developer and architect of a robust Oracle Commerce based ecosystem of digital technology, including WebCenter Sites, Endeca and ATG backed by other cutting edge integrated technologies related to database, SEO and digital marketing

•Support production deployments, patches and releases

•Perform code and configuration changes for patches

•Work with managed services providers along with in-house development team in coordinating changes and releases

•Migrate code to multiple concurrent environments and release cycles

•As part of a team, ensure timely completion and successful coordination of projects

•All employees must ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training

•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

•Skilled, in depth, hands-on knowledge of integration between ATG platform and other services including:

•Personalization, Cart, Checkout and all the eCommerce modules (i.e. BCC) •Coding to designing eCommerce end-to-end website using ATG Commerce •Various ATG modules (Commerce, BCC, CSC, CA, Search) •Web development technologies (JSP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX & Tag libraries) •Technical systems (web applications) and the integrations with other systems

•Intermediate working knowledge developing, with strong fundamentals, in Java/J2EE and HTML

•Intermediate working knowledge of XML/XSL/XSD

•Intermediate working knowledge of Java thread and memory dumps, and when to use them

•Extensive working knowledge developing ecommerce websites in ATG platform

•Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

•Higher level marketing, creative thinking, analytical, and project management skills

•Intermediate working knowledge of web application development, design, unit testing and implementation experience in Oracle ATG Commerce framework (Core ATG, Endeca, WCS)

•Intermediate working knowledge of source control processes and tools (Perforce, Subversion, code branching)

•Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

•Ability to install and configure at least one of the following products: Oracle ATG Commerce, WebCenter Sites or Endeca Experience Manager preferred

•Proficiency with site monitoring tools (NewRelic, EUEM, Adobe/Omniture, etc.) preferred

•Understanding of continuous integration concepts, build processes and tools such as BitBucket, automated builds, automated unit tests and continuous builds preferred

Required Experience

•At least 5 years of experience within a retail/eCommerce environment with a focus on architecture, design, and development of Multi-channel eCommerce and J2EE applications

Preferred Experience

•At least 8 years of experience within a retail/eCommerce environment with a focus on architecture, design, and development of Multi-channel eCommerce and J2EE applications preferred

•At least 1 year of experience working within both B2B and B2C commerce driven websites preferred

•At least 1 year of experience with REST web services and multiple JavaScript frameworks preferred

•At least 1 year of experience with other Oracle Products (e.g. E-Business Suite, CPQ) preferred

•At least 1 year of experience in ATG upgrade preferred

•At least 1 year of experience in ATG 11.2 preferred

Required Education

•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

Preferred Education

•Master’s Degree in Computer Science preferred
