Duties and Responsibilities
Distribute the daily mails/documents found in the pigeon box to the
concerned Finance sections (morning and afternoon).
Answering telephone calls, taking messages, inquiries and arrange
appointments if there’s any.
Check emails for any important messages and respond to it.
Prepare documents as per the Financial Accountant’s requirement.
Taking minutes of the meeting.
Organizing and filing the documents if there’s any.
Maintaining and checking the renewal of contracts for shops,
maintenance, staff housing, and others.
Keep stock of office supplies and making store requisition.
Call suppliers and inform them about the cheque.
Issuing of the cheques to the suppliers/collectors.
Keep daily attendance for Finance Department.
Post city ledger and payroll advance deduction for the month.
