We provide support to Renewal sales across APJ, EMEA and NALA theatres for three key activities, that is - Renewal Bookings, Entitlements and Data Integrity Group activities
In “Maintenance Renewals Booking” we perform compliance checks and book renewals contracts that are placed by the sales.
In “Entitlements” and “Data Integrity Group” activities, we set up the warranty contracts and provide right entitled services to the customers
R oles and Responsibilities –
Real time OE queue management to ensure plan execution in order to maintain SLA’s, TAT on target.
Monitor work flow management tool
Manage schedule adherence and absenteeism
Communicate identified intraday risks and updates to Business leaders.
Report actions taken to eliminate/reduce impacts (Lever Process execution).
Work with IT and Business to solve system issues that affect the team's performance.
Change agent skills.
Send basic Reports.
Knowledge and understanding of OP tools and systems
Verbal and written communication skills.
0-1 years of relevant experience.
Resolves basic issues by its own (with minimal support)
Establishes own priorities within general guidelines.
