TheSales Account Managerbuilds and maintains Numotion’s urologic business by constantly supporting and creating existing relationships with customers. We are seeking the right person to lead the Baltimore sales territory to become a top performing team within Numotion.

  • Secures sales opportunities and orders from existing and potential customers by calling on complex rehab centers, spina bifida centers, hospitals and urological centers.

  • Establishes and maintains relationships with customer personnel in areas like purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance and management.

  • Keeps abreast of funding requirements and technological advances within the Urological Supply industry.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • 4 year college degree and a minimum of 3 years of urological sales experience.

  • Understands business implications of decisions; displays orientation to profitability.

  • Adaptable to changes in the work environment and able to manage competing demands; flexible approach, particularly in response to unexpected events.

  • Works within approved budget; finds, develops and implements cost saving measures and process enhancements.

  • Able to work well under pressure and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness on tight deadlines; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.

Required Experience

Must have experience calling on Rehab facilities. Any prior or existing relationship with Chesapeake Urology is a plus.
