Computer Aid, Inc. Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Computer Aid, Inc. is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to provide support to our corporate finance team in Allentown, PA. This is a temporary part-time position and will require a minimum of 20 hours a week. The role is currently scheduled to begin in June and go through the end of September.

Position Responsibilities:

Work alongside the existing finance team to perform tasks including but not limited to:

  • File management of accounts payable records

  • Perform data entry of trade vendor invoices

  • Assist and reconcile subcontractor invoices

  • Support with pulling backup for check and ACH (Automated Clearing House) payment runs

  • Prepare or assist in preparing various financial or administrative reports

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Associates degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Knowledge of accounting and/or bookkeeping procedures

  • Advanced data entry skills and attention to detail

  • Must have excellent organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word

  • Excellent communication

  • Prior experience working for a staffing or managed service provider is a plus but not required
