The ideal candidate will be a recognized professional in the area of human resources. Responsibilities Include: Provide comprehensive HR support to medium to large geography or larger sub-unit of large business unit covering several or all of the following: talent management, talent acquisition, rewards, recruiting, training, employee and labor relations, safety, and/or human resources research.Consult with and liaise between departments/divisions, all levels of line and staff management, compensation and benefits department, legal counsel, and outside service providers.Coach managers to drive greater productivity and high engagement.Strategically implement HR initiatives within area of responsibility.May coach less-experienced HR generalists.
