Sr Health & Safety Administrat

Join an organization that demonstrates a proactive health and safety management system, combined with a continuous improvement environment. You will a key professional in the HSE&F function. You will drive key activities and HSE&F performance metrics for the (insert site support). You will accomplish this by establishing strong working relationships with the employees. You will report directly to the (Insert site leader or functional manager as applicable). You will be a key HSE&F resources with the (indicate site support) directing sustainable health and safety programs through incorporation of impactful operating processes and keeping in front of leading practices in health and safety standards.

Integrate, monitor, and support Health, Safety programs to ensure compliance with the applicable guidelines, procedures, and regulations

Incorporate continuous improvement at the sites using Honeywell's Health and Safety initiatives through Honeywell's Operating System activities

Provide proactive integration of HSE&F initiatives across (insert site/dept. support), keeping in front of leading edge safety awareness

Work with Project Managers to prepare Safety Mgmt Plans and Accident Preventions plans meeting all the requirements of EM385-1-1

Work with Project Managers to ensure all site contractors complete both HWL risk assessments and Activity Hazard Analysis at Federal locations and HWL risk assessments at Pubic locations

If needed, travel to sites that need to prepare APP & AHA’s so there is a good understanding of site conditions.

YOU MUST HAVE

•Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene or Environmental Engineering

  • Experience in the health, safety and environmental field, preferably in a construction atmosphere.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 hour in Construction Safety
  • Ability to travel to project sites throughout the US and Canada
