WW Strategy and Finance is looking for a strong lead to support the WW Branded Consumer Channel Programs team in developing world class programs and analytical support. The ideal candidate for this role has a combination of strong business acumen and technical knowledge to develop and deliver tools and analysis, which will enable informed and targeted decision-making and help drive program strategy and investments. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact sales programs and be a global leader. You will be an integral partner in defining, deploying and evaluating our branded programs.

6 plus years of progressive experience in fast-paced industry
High level of motivation and initiative, in depth knowledge of financial reporting processes specific to P&L and investment criteria
Lead to support its Worldwide Branded Consumer Channel Programs. You will be responsible for finance-related activities including strategy, metrics, investment criteria, budgets and reporting relating to these programs. Responsibilities include:
Development and management of programmatic scope and investments
Cross functional collaboration with Marcomm, sales, sales operations, procurement and other channel teams on creating and maintaining programs.
Return on investment calculations and cost-per-store analyses
Business partnering with worldwide cross-functional team to assess local business requirements
Monthly forecasts and risk factors affecting budgets -Presenting and reporting to senior management on business case and performance related to programs
Candidates should possess a high level of motivation and initiative, effective communication skills, and the ability to work as a team player with all levels of the organization. -Extensive experience in Excel modeling and experience in a sales environment are highly desirable.

B.S. or B.A. in Finance or Accounting.
