JOB SCOPE/ SUMMARY:
Create and design integrated marketing communications programs aligned with business objectives and strategies for the KILZ product portfolio including primer, Magnolia Paint, and other products across a variety of retailers.
Consult with the Diversified Channels team (KILZ) to create media, advertising, and PR strategies to win business and work cross-functionally across Marketing Shared Services and the organization to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop and implement new integrated marketing communication schemes, methods, strategies and concepts to generate demand, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
Manage day-to-day project execution and work alongside creative and product teams to ensure creative is well aligned to strategy.
Drive media development including cross-team planning, reporting and presentations to drive flawless executions and success of campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to lead data analysis efforts to drive campaign optimization and future enhancement of media plans.
Support in managing agency of record relationships for KILZ across advertising, media and public relations.
Provide support to Marketing Director on managing, forecasting, and reporting KILZ brands & campaigns budget.
Work closely with the Sales team and directly with customers when appropriate to drive success for integrated programs and new partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain campaign activity calendar supporting different products across channels.
Attend and present at high stakes customer meetings in a selling capacity.
Assist the Marketing Director with other projects as needed.
Bachelor's degree Required
Master’s degree Preferred
Agency experience a plus
2-3 years management experience
6-7 years marketing experience
Broad knowledge of advertising methods and media purchasing practices
Broad knowledge of marketing and sales principles and practices
Broad knowledge of integrated marketing communications
Ability to lead teams and collaborative cross-functionally
Ability to create and develop innovative marketing programs which directly support the sales strategies
Ability to plan, organize and oversee the work of Marketing staff and agencies
Ability to oversee large vendor contracts
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to operate a computer and use word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint
