Kforce Help Desk Support Engineer in Overland Park, Kansas

Kforce is in search of a Help Desk Support Engineer in Overland Park, Kansas (KS). Summary:This individual will be responsible for providing support to cloud business customers by monitoring the help desk console for alerts, working through new and existing tickets. This individual should be very customer focused and willing to be hands on in resolution of customer issues. A strong background in networking and security is needed.

  • Experience working antivirus/antimalware configuration and responses to irremovable threats

  • Prior work with an existing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tool

  • Security

  • Network or vendor network certification

  • Nessus scanner experience a plus

Experience with the following will be considered a plus:

  • Nessus scanner

  • Systems administration

  • LabTech

  • ConnectWise

  • OpenDNS

  • Webroot

  • Palo Alto

  • AlienVault
