Must be available Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, and on call as needed.Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Previous experience in cash management, merchant services or related area is desirable. General background in bank policies, procedures, and banking regulations (state and federal); knowledge of bank products and services.Ability to read, write, and speak English. Excellent verbal, listening and communication skills. Strong customer relations skills and ability to work with employees and customers in a cooperative manner. Ability and desire to work as part of a team, and with people of diverse backgroundsDemonstrated skill in soliciting business for bank deposit products and services. Ability to identify client needs, present banking solutions and bank products. Ability to recognize closing opportunities and retain and grow customer relationships. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Possess good judgment skills. Ability to make decisions, work independently, handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed. Willingness to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise.Ability to operate office equipment including, but not limited to: computers, calculators/adding machines, credit card processing equipment, telephones, voice mail, electronic typewriters, copy machines, fax machines, and security devices.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Ability to drive a vehicle. Must maintain a current, valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for bank insurance purposes. PHYSICAL AND SENSORY DEMANDS:Regularly required to sit; stand; walk; talk; see and hear. Job Description:

This full-time position is located at the Main facility with Central Bank of Lake of the Ozarks.Cross-sells commercial and retail products to existing customer base and to acquire new clientele through process of outside sales calls and phone solicitation. Conducts relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate Code of Conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for direct relationship marketing of financial products and services. Develop relationships and make presentations to a variety of potential clients. Manage relationship with prospects to ensure financial needs are met and expectations exceeded.Expected to be out of the Bank 50% or more of each work day.Provide sound financial advice and counsel to customers and prospective clients. Be able to present alternative solutions for a variety of complex business situations. As directed by supervisor, call on potential clients and make joint calls with Loan Officers to develop new business and increase or retain relationships with current clients. Analyze economic and industry market trends to identify potential business opportunities and high-risk situations. Develop a Business Development Marketing Plan utilizing effective sales techniques that will generate new relationships and sell commercial banking services, products, loans and additional products. Answer inquiries from customers, research problems, and explain procedures and regulations.Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, effectiveness and customer service.Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of CBOLO’s services, operations, and organization; communicate this understanding to others when appropriate, and refer inquiries and correspondence to the proper department or individual.Actively participate in sales programs; attend appropriate sales meetings/training; work with supervisor to set goals and work to achieve targeted goals. Make effective referrals to business units for traditional and non-traditional banking products and services. Develop internal and external strategic partnerships to aid in the overall relationship building and sales with our clientele. Maintains and follows through on customer contacts regarding changes, additions, and other problems with Cash Management products.Supports efforts in the growth and development of marketing programs for new Cash Management products and services. This will include preparing Commercial deposit bid packages and presentations, customer follow up and direct sales calls. Position may also require providing training to other bank staff members.Maintain relationship with clients to ensure financial needs are met and expectations exceeded. Actively participate in iSTEP program; attend appropriate sales and iSTEP training; utilize iSTEP program initiatives; work with senior management to set iSTEP goals and work to achieve targeted goals. Make effective referrals to business units for traditional and non-traditional banking products and services. Attend all required training. WORKING CONDITIONS:Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. This could be at the Bank or a client’s place of business. The individual experiences little discomfort from noise, dust or other factors.
