CACI International Program Manager (Technical) in North Charleston, South Carolina
CACI is looking for a Sr. Program Manager with strong leadership skills, business development acumen, and a track record of successfully delivering complex health care delivery systems for Federal Healthcare customers.
The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for helping to ensure the ongoing success of key programs within CACI’s Healthcare Delivery Systems portfolio, and serve as a senior leader within the Charleston office.
Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full accountability for the execution and delivery of multiple programs
Managing client, customer, and sponsor relationships
Assist the division director in achieving organic and new business growth within the designated market and programs
Serve as a capture manager for strategic bids
Manage and contribute to proposal responses, including pricing
Further CACI market presence in Charleston
Coach, lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
Prepare and conduct briefings to executive leadership and government sponsors
Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions
Manage subcontractor agreements, resources, and expenditures
Prepare and deliver contract deliverables (CDRLs) and scope execution requirements established by sponsors and Contracting Officer (COR)
Focus on delivery by leveraging an integrated master schedule (IMS); coordinating the projects and their interdependencies.
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;
Managing the main program documentation as required by the sponsor and/or organizationRequired Qualifications:
Able to work with highly technical personnel, understand technical tasking, and explain technical activities to non-technical individuals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated writing/editing skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Certified Scrum Master
Education and Experience:
Typically requires bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of relevant technical field, to include: Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support.
Eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
