The Project Assistant will assist our clinical research team with all aspects of research studies conducted at the USC Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (ADRC) including participant recruitment, scheduling, administering study questionnaires, data collection and entry, collection and processing of labs, and maintenance of regulatory documents. This is a 100% position.
Job responsibilities include:
Assists in recruiting of subjects for studies
Creating and updating the research study schedule while coordinating with research study team
Scheduling subjects for appointments and explaining study details
Scheduling study related activities with outside departments.
Collecting pertinent information from study participants through interviews, administration of tests, surveys, or questionnaires.
Lab collection, processing and shipping
Has responsibility for data collection for research studies following established data collection and management procedures.Collects, records and enters data.
Maintenance of regulatory documents for research studies.
Performing other related duties as assigned or requested. The university reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Minimum Education: High school or equivalent
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Minimum Field of Expertise: Knowledge of data collection procedures and some experience with proposal preparation and production of technical documents
