Work you ll doCampaign Management is responsible for directing, managing and coordinating the end-to-end execution and delivery of best in class marketing campaigns for Market Development and Deloitte s businesses, with a primary focus on Deloitte s Products & Solutions, collaborating with Strategic Marketing Planners and Marketing Services teams.The Manager Campaign Management oversees the project management and execution of business driven marketing campaigns. This individual will report to the Senior Manager Campaign Managementand will work closely with manager peers in the Campaign Management team to achieve organization objectives and goals. Responsibilities include: Collaborate closely with aligned business Strategic Marketing Planner to identify and develop tactical elements that support the marketing campaign execution strategy and plan as outlined in the strategic brief Oversee the campaign management execution process; lead the campaign set up, briefing process, project management and execution, budget management, measurement, and approval processes (includes MIX oversight) Collaborate with Marketing Services resources to execute campaign activities and achieve campaign goals Ensure all campaign elements invoke brand standards, are innovative, cutting edge, and are of the highest quality Identify efficiencies and implement leading practices throughout the process to enhance the impact of each campaign in the marketplace QualificationsRequired: 8years of prior, relevant marketing experience required: Knowledge of marketing fundamentals with a focus on marketing strategy and execution in the business-to-business arena Undergraduate degree required, ideally with a focus in marketing, communications, or a related business field Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship development skills a priority Proven ability to contribute to marketing program execution: Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, consistently delivering high quality results Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts; knowledge of Internet navigation and research Preferred: Previous experience in a large professional services, consulting firm, products marketing, and/or marketing agency preferred Deep understanding of the professional services business, marketplace and its strategies a plus Previous experience with Workfront software a plus Demonstrated ability to work well in a complex, matrix-managed organization and within teams, both in person and virtually How you ll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
