The Montana Public Employee Retirement Administration (MPERA) is committed to providing secure and sustainable retirement benefits to nearly 60,000 members and retirees. The agency administers ten retirement plans and is dedicated to customer service, member education, and operational efficiency. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills to represent MPERA, and be the first contact for walk in members, the public and vendors. Your main responsibility would be to process the daily mail. You would also provide a wide variety of administrative assistance to the MPERA staff and board. Your duties would include scheduling meetings and maintaining board room bookings; office reception, assisting walk-ins, and responding to general retirement system questions; recycling responsibilities; preparing mass mailings and a wide variety of clerical support functions such as mail routing; copying; and receptionist functions.
