Northeast Parent & Child Society is a member agency of Northern Rivers Family of Services, a family of human service agencies who work together and are committed to helping children, families, and adults. As the parent organization to both Northeast and Parsons Child & Family Center, Northern Rivers coordinates the quality of care, depth of programs, combined size and passion for the mission to provide care for more than 11,000 people each year in 37 counties throughout New York State.

The Therapeutic Foster Family Program (TFFP) at Northeast Parent & Child Society invites applications for a full-time Clinical Case Manager for its Endwell NY Office.

The Therapeutic Foster Family Program at Northeast Parent & Child Society provides foster and pre-adoptive foster homes for abused and neglected children from birth through age 21. Each foster parent receives intensive training and ongoing professional support to promote a positive, successful experience.

Work Schedule: 40 hour work week. Must have ability to work a flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends. On-call responsibilities.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field.

  • Experience working with children and families in foster care or child welfare is preferred;

  • must be able to be very flexible at working with a diverse population.

  • Some experience with case management necessary.

  • Experience working with families affected by trauma a plus.

  • Experience working with persons in need of supervision and juvenile delinquents.

  • Must have a NYS Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
