The Ethics and Compliance Officer oversees the implementation of the Ethics and Compliance Program at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center while giving overall ethics and compliance guidance. The Ethics and Compliance Officer also drafts and monitors all physician and provider contracts. The Ethics and Compliance Officer will also complete a three to six month orientation period to learn basic system and corporation policies and procedures.

Education:Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.

Experience:Three to five years healthcare experience. Compliance experience preferred.

Special Qualifications: Excellent organizational and communication (both oral and written) skills and multi-task oriented. Knowledge of PC and software programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Independent decision and operational skills. Ability to execute multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Innovative ideas and entrepreneurial thinking to accomplish prescribed responsibilities and goals.
