Associate's Degree Basic computer skills Communication skills Customer service skills Epic Certification 1 year of experience required The senior CIS Radiant coordinator manages the CIS Radiant team and manages the relationships and collaboration with other departments and clinical staff. Provides leadership, guidance, coordination of assignments, and direction to the Radiant team. The senior CIS coordinator is responsible for coordinating and participating in aspects of systems analysis, planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of the CIS. The Senior CIS coordinator understands the clinical & business workflows, processes, policies and business operations. Organizes and manages the planning related to future direction of the CIS and related efforts. Manages processing and follow-up of requests for enhancement and changes from users or others affected by the system. The coordinator performs in-depth analyses of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with the use of the Epic software. The senior CIS coordinator develops and documents internal procedures to be used in conjunction with CIS. They are responsible for planning, overseeing and coordinating CIS training for all staff and developing the policies and procedures to govern training. Coordinates evaluation of development efforts, in planning pilot and full implementations of new CIS features, and in processing user feedback and requests. Maintain a detailed understanding and working knowledge of the current CIS, its functions and its relationship to other information systems within the enterprise. Education, Experience, and Other Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent experience, Epic Radiant certification, 1 year experience, Computer skills, customer service skills, and communication skills Preferred: Bachelor's degree, Epic implementation experience, Pediatric experience, 3 years experience
