Kforce SC Ticket Coordinator in Dallas, Texas

Kforce has a client in search of a SC Ticket Coordinator in Dallas, TX.Summary:You will be responsible for ensuring the customer needs are satisfied by providing specific deliverables. The candidate ensures good practices in standard methodologies and processes are used to deliver an integrated solution. The major emphasis is on coordination of tasks. The job will require direct customer interaction and activity reporting. This position serves as a single point of contact and acts in a liaison capacity to facilitate problem resolution. The position reports to a Senior Manager.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all process documentation is kept up to date

  • Assign/disburse ServiceNow tickets to technician based on site and skill set

  • Ensure quality of ticket management and documentation including periodic ticket audits

  • Assist technician in updating tickets timely

  • Provide training and coaching on Technicians processes

  • Investigate process failures

  • Generate reports

  • Requires 2 to 4 years of experience

  • Strong Microsoft Windows and Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel); ServiceNow experience, preferred

  • Ability to converse and communicate appropriately with all levels of the organization

  • Ability to maintain professional behavior

  • Strong customer service skills including written and verbal communications

  • Candidate must be detail oriented and self-motivating (a strong work ethic)

  • Professional appearance

  • Physical Requirement: Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
