Build your career with us.General SummaryReporting to the Associate Dean, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to CDM's four Associate Deans. The position is responsible providing support for faculty, academic projects and faculty committees, assisting with basic and full reviews of adjuncts, assisting with the assessment process, providing support in school level meetings, tracking WWW updates, compiling faculty quarterly newsletter, and assisting with updates to policies and procedures.Responsibilities & DutiesProvide support in school level meetings, providing support for faculty and academic projects as well as faculty committees that are managed by the Associate Deans. Make follow-up contact with faculty committees to ensure task items are completed.Assist with quarterly basic and full reviews of adjuncts which includes compiling syllabi review and evaluations, student evaluations including comments and report on compliance with CDM and university requirements.Manage course syllabi repository which includes quarterly faculty compliance with uploading course syllabi according to template requirements with special consideration to liberal studies syllabi compliance. Ensuring faculty compliance of posting of office hours.Manage docket to track faculty technology projects, assist with the compiling and email distribution of quarterly faculty newsletter, assist with managing catalogue updates, assist with updates to policies and procedures, manage updates/changes to proposed CCP online system, monitor changes implemented and overall content to WWW. Perform data entry in People Soft for schedule. Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.Assist with the submission of annual assessment reports for 33 programs, annually from September - June.
